Flow of the Morning walk

- Today is a very quiet day. No cars outside. I took a walk to get my morning coffee. I saw a person with two small, related dogs. I think they're called Dachshunds. They are those creatures with short legs, long bodies, and long noses. The two of them were following behind their human. This is the conversation they had.The younger one (let's call her HER) and the older one (let's call him HIM)
HER was saying, 'The walk is nice, but the ground is very cold. It's not comfortable to walk. I have to skip instead.'
HIM said, 'You're just doing it all wrong. You focus on the human's legs and try to take the same path behind them. You feel that your movement isn't your own, but just following his. You're too young and probably should actually eat more. Perhaps I should stop eating from your plate.'
HER asked, 'And how do you do it? How do you keep a steady pace and move gracefully on the frozen ground?'
HIM said, 'I sense the flow of direction. I'm not focused on his legs. I feel the movement as a whole. And being in the flow allows me to float above the frozen ground. You see? Right now, we're moving uphill. I don't rush. I don't try to force my efforts. I stay with slowing down naturally. You, on the other hand, try to conquer the road's obstacles.'
HER nodded, and her floppy ears, like wings for a moment, carried her over the ice. The human made a turn towards his house. They were returning home.
'Now you'll rest on that couch and have some food. Your paws will rest and get warm,' said HIM.
'Oh, what a lovely walk we had!' said HER. 'Thank you for being such a good friend.'
'Don't mention it,' said HIM. 'We are brothers in consciousness. We help each other. We support each other. It's as natural as stealing your food. One doesn't exclude the other.' - (Arinaya with a grammar check by Silune)
